Prepare the request before the quote
The sample planner makes a customer’s site inputs and assumptions visible before a request reaches an operator. It can help prepare a waste, portable-restroom or temporary-fencing brief.
An estimate or prepared request is not a confirmed service booking. The operator must review suitability, availability and the final quote.
What to supply
Start with one service and the region your operation covers.
- Service options, rates, capacity assumptions and eligibility constraints.
- Access, location, duration and other information needed to price the request.
- The receiving destination, operating owner and customer-facing terms.
Check the handoff
Test representative sites and requests with the operator. Agree whether the customer leaves with a brief or submits an enquiry, what data is needed and who responds.
An embeddable sample does not establish a connected inbox, dispatch system or payment service. Scope and verify those separately before launch.
