Who is responsible
Qind is the public product-company name used by its independent operator. That operator is responsible for qind.net and the limited handling described here. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@qind.net.
What this site intentionally collects
Qind does not provide accounts, comments, a contact form, a newsletter, advertising pixels, or session replay. It does not combine people or sessions across product domains.
Vercel Web Analytics
Qind uses Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous, aggregate page views and referrers on qind.net. Vercel says the service does not use cookies or store analytics against a personal identity. Data points may include the time, Qind page and route, referrer, general location, device type, operating system, browser, and analytics script version.
Before a page-view event is sent, qind.net removes the query string and fragment from its URL. When someone follows a product link, Qind also records one custom Product visit event. That event contains only the product slug and a bounded link placement such as products-index:home. It contains no free-form text, product account record, or cross-domain identifier.
Vercel estimates daily visitors with a request-derived hash that is discarded after 24 hours and cannot follow a visitor between websites or days. Qind sees aggregate reports. As configured on 3 September 2026, the dashboard provides 12 months of viewable history; Vercel may retain data longer under its service terms.
Hosting and technical logs
The hosting and network providers that deliver qind.net may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser or device details, requested URL, time, and security signals. This is used to deliver and protect the site and is retained under the providers’ operational policies.
If you email Qind, the message, address, headers, and any information you choose to include are processed to reply and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. Messages are kept only as long as needed for that purpose or a legal obligation. You can ask for deletion when no overriding reason requires retention.
Product boundaries and external links
Qind links to WaitGraph, RuleRoster, Until XYZ, Toolkit Shelf, and SirDeal. Those are independent products with their own domains and, where applicable, their own privacy terms. Visiting one leaves qind.net. Product links send only the qind.net origin in the standard referrer header so a product can see aggregate Qind referrals in its own approved reporting. Qind does not use that referrer to merge personal profiles, private cases, raw votes, or restricted product records across those services.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to handling of personal information, or to complain to a data-protection authority. Email hello@qind.net with enough context to identify the relevant interaction.
Changes
This page will be updated before Qind adds forms, mailing lists, additional analytics event types, or other handling that changes the description above. The effective date will change when a material update is published.
