Qind Find is a separate directory experience under /find. Its sourced listing data, optional accounts and review workflows have a separate Find privacy notice. The company-page analytics described below do not authorize tracking Find searches or account activity.
Who is responsible
Qind is the public product-company name used by its independent operator. That operator is responsible for qind.net and the limited handling described here. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@qind.net.
What this site intentionally collects
The company pages covered by this notice do not provide accounts, comments, a contact form, a newsletter, advertising pixels, or session replay. It does not combine people or sessions across product domains.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Qind uses free Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate visits, page views, referrers, general country, device type, operating system, browser, and page-loading performance on qind.net. Cloudflare says this service does not use cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting to identify visitors. Qind sees aggregate reports, not a cross-product identity graph.
The script loads only on approved public production pages. It does not load when the entry URL contains a query string or fragment. Automatic single-page navigation measurement is disabled, so these are entry-page totals, not complete navigation or click histories. Blocking analytics does not affect the website or product links.
This replaces Vercel Web Analytics and its bounded Product visit events. Qind no longer sends custom outbound-click events. Product referrals are measured only in each destination product’s approved aggregate referrer report; they are not exact click counts and are not joined across domains. Hosting and technical logs
The hosting and network providers that deliver qind.net may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser or device details, requested URL, time, and security signals. This is used to deliver and protect the site and is retained under the providers’ operational policies.
White-label demos
The Room Refresh, Home Project Planner, Move & Store, Site Services and Drive & Charge demos on demo.qind.net do not load analytics or advertising scripts. Planner answers stay in the browser tab unless you choose to download or print them. No Qind sales enquiry is submitted by the demo itself.
Shared demo links include public branding settings; some configuration links also contain public catalogue or rate settings. Storage embed links place the public facility configuration in the URL fragment, which is not sent with the HTTP request. Do not put credentials, private rates or customer information in a configuration or shared link. The embed exchanges its frame height with the host page, not the visitor’s inventory. Public preview branding may be included when you open a setup email to Qind; your planner answers and private configuration are not attached automatically. Visiting a configured booking destination or sending an email leaves the demo and uses that service.
Technical hosting and network logs can still exist for demo.qind.net, as described above. TablePredict opens on its own domain and has its own privacy terms. A customer deployment must be reviewed separately if it adds integrations, forms or analytics.
If you email Qind, the message, address, headers, and any information you choose to include are processed to reply and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. Messages are kept only as long as needed for that purpose or a legal obligation. You can ask for deletion when no overriding reason requires retention.
Product boundaries and external links
Qind links to WaitGraph, RuleRoster, Until XYZ, Toolkit Shelf, and SirDeal. Those are independent products with their own domains and, where applicable, their own privacy terms. Visiting one leaves qind.net. Product links send only the qind.net origin in the standard referrer header so a product can see aggregate Qind referrals in its own approved reporting. Qind does not use that referrer to merge personal profiles, private cases, raw votes, or restricted product records across those services.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to handling of personal information, or to complain to a data-protection authority. Email hello@qind.net with enough context to identify the relevant interaction.
Changes
This page will be updated before Qind adds forms, mailing lists, additional analytics event types, or other handling that changes the description above. The effective date will change when a material update is published.
